RECIPE:

170g Chobani Plain Greek Yoghurt

10g Bulk Nutrients Choc Honeycomb Whey

5g Raw Cacao

150g Frozen Mixed Berries

5g Pepitas

5g Coconut

5g Hemp Seeds


MACROS:

280calories

29g Protein

9g Fat

17g Carbohydrate

6g Fiber

And this meal includes all of them.


RECIPE TIPS:


  1. Swap out the Chocolate Whey for Vanilla or Lemon Meringue for a fruitier flavor!

  2. You can swap out the frozen fruit for fresh. I made this for a few hours away so the fruit will be nice & soft by the time I eat it.

  3. You can add cereal through this. I love Freedom Foods Maple Crunch. Admittedly, I did have the cereal to add in, but the bowl I used was too small and I was already committed to the one I was using.

  4. If you want to add some more sweetness to this dish, you can drizzle some honey over the top or if you are being a bit more cautious with calorie intake, I love Monk Fruit Sweetener!
