Healthy Platter Board

WHAT'S ON HERE:


Plants

Cucumber

Carrot

Cherry Tomatoes

Blackberries

Strawberries


Extras

Chocolate


Homemade Tzatziki

Light Greek Yoghurt

Crushed Garlic

Lemon Juice

Finely Chopped Cucumber

Salt


Smashed Potatoes

Spud Lite Potatoes

Parmesan Cheese

Salt, Oregano & Garlic

Olive Oil


Boil potatoes, then mash them up with the ingredients I've listed to the taste you like. Approximately 1Tsp Parmesan per Potato & I used 1Tsp Oil for the whole bowl.

Divide the mixture and flatten out on some baking paper.

I put them in the air fryer for 20minutes.

I love platters because I love a bit of everything!


It's a nice way of getting in veggies & salad too which we all know = fiber!


Usually, I would have some sort of sliced meat for protein on here but I just used what I had in the fridge & because it was cold tonight, I made a protein hot chocolate for the side!
