H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) is a science-based approach that maximizes fitness and fat loss. Research shows that you can burn up to 3 times more fat during this type of cardio exercise compared to other long bouts of activity typically performed.

For both long-term results, energy levels, health, vitality and sustainability. 

We run 10 x classes per week: 

  • Monday 6am, 9.30am & 6:30pm 

  • Tuesday 6.30pm 

  • Wednesday 5.45am, 9.30am & 6:30pm
