Hi, I’m Dannii!
I’ve been in the fitness industry for over a decade, and my journey has been anything but linear. I started out in 2013 as a PT at Fernwood Women’s Gym and the Obesity Rehabilitation Centre before launching my own business in 2015. From there, I opened my first studio, running everything from HIIT sessions to weight training and nutrition coaching.
In 2019, I set myself a goal I thought might never happen: to step on stage. It took six years of persistence, but I lost 18kg and completely changed my approach. From cardio-only and under-eating, to lifting heavy and fueling my body properly.
By 2022, I opened my home studio where I focused on smaller group training and nutrition coaching. That same year, I competed again and walked away with first place in Sports & Bikini Over 30.
Then in 2024, I hit some of my biggest milestones yet:
WFF Ms Glamour & Overall Bikini Champion
ICN Swimsuit Champion
Bikini Over 30s & Novice winner
2nd place Ms Bikini Open.
But it hasn’t all been stage lights and trophies. Along the way I’ve:
Studied Sports Nutrition to deepen my knowledge
Worked with a coach to refine my own training & mindset
Navigated my own autoimmune challenges, working with specialists to heal and grow
Developed a passion for holistic health, something I plan to study further
Focused on helping clients improve metabolic health without falling into the trap of restrictive diets.
Now? I’m obsessed with creating recipes that don’t suck, and bridging the gap between what to eat and how to actually make it work in real life.
