I’m already seeing people talk about how next year is going to be different. But reality is, it won’t be.
You can’t change what life throws at you, only how you react.
And that in itself takes practice & making a lot of mistakes until you find a way which works for you.
My team this year have gone through incredible growth. They have trained through ALL of the above. Results on the scales or not, muscle takes YEARS to build. So training through a crappy year and putting extra calories to good use has been a very big blessing to a lot of them.
If you’re aiming to get results next year and aren’t willing to stick at it when you don’t feel like it, when things out of your control happen or when winter hits; you’ll stay the same and progressively get worse every single year until you accept life will never ‘allow/let’ you to have a perfect transformation journey.

✔️ Only keeping a food diary when you’re being good means crap all. Record 6 months of ‘crap food’ data & you’ll get better results - trust me!
✔️ It takes time! Stopping and starting is why you aren’t succeeding.
