Each lesson that Mary has had to learn was done through stages.

She now eats without guilt because she has worked through guilt up until now.

She knows how to manage her bloating/IBS because she has gone through many days/weeks/months of trial and error.

She now trains like an athlete because every training block that she remains consistent with, she learns how to take the next one further.

She now focusses on the things she needs to because of the times she’s done otherwise, receiving the harsh truth & lessons in doing so.

She is now deadlifting like a boss & getting the results she’s always wanted because she has probably lifted that bar off the floor 5000x times, psyching herself up for every single rep.

--------------——- One of the unfortunate things about a transformation, is that stages need to be earned. There are some hard truths you learn through putting yourself through one and there is no escaping it when you are accountable. You are tested, constantly challenged and there is always something to learn and consider. --------------------

I would just like to take this opportunity to congratulate Mary on another successful year. She first came to me wanting a meal plan and PT sessions and now understands the importance of the path I put her on.

You amaze me with how far you have come and I am so very privileged to call you a friend. I love the friendships you have made at the studio and I love that you have supported and been there for me through the last couple of years too. That bikini is going to look pretty bloody great on your holiday next year!!!!
