I EAT CARBS AFTER 7PM



•I use regular oil over coconut oil. •I drink Pepsi Max. •I’ve never spiralised zucchini to make noodles. •I use pasta sheets in lasagne. •I don’t check how many calories I’ve burned when I train. •I don’t drink amino acids or fat burner drinks. •I eat carbs after 7pm & if I don’t train. •I prefer my peanut butter on a piece of bread over celery. •I like tuna that’s in oil over spring water. •I don’t eat 6x meals a day, sometimes I just like to eat 2x bigger meals. Some days I just like grazing. •The only time I’ll run is when it starts raining & I’ve got washing hanging out on the line.

I don’t follow trends. I don’t make or follow rules. I have just kept accountable & kept recording everything, making assessments + changes as needed, just like my clients do.

We aren’t robots. And at the end of the day, the issue most people need work on in self awareness & not quitting when things get tough.

A low calorie diet means crap all when you sit in your car eating take away. This is where the work needs to be done & it’s the work most of my team & I have been focussing on this year. Watch out 2020. I’ve got mentally strong athletes coming for you! 💕
