I’m not ever motivated.

Training for me isn’t something I jump out of bed for but with decision making, you weigh up the pros and cons.


✅ Pros of Training:

•Better Mental Health •Healthier Body •Less Sick Days •Better Quality of Life •Better Looking Body •Better Posture •Being Able to Eat More •Increases Sense of Well-being •Prevents A lot of Diseases/IllnessesThe List Goes On.

❌ Cons of Training:

• Maybe being tired or uncomfortable for less than an hour and getting out of bed earlier? 🤷🏻‍♀️


✅ Pros of Meal Prep:

•Saves Me Around 6 hours p/w Not Cooking/Waiting/Dishes/Tidying •Saves Me Over $70 p/w Not Buying As I Go •More Energy, Not Running on Empty Everyday •One Less Thing to Think About •Eliminates Hangry-NessAgain, the list goes on.


❌ Cons of Meal Prep:

•Spending 90min each week in the kitchen

The feeling of not pursuing what I want, experiencing poor mental health & feeling bleh is enough reason for me to get a move on. I hate feeling like crap. I don’t like who I am when I’m irritable & not looking after myself.And it can spiral out of control into other areas of life. A few hours a week spent taking action is better than spending majority of your time depressed, tired & flat xFinding purpose, establishing a routine & sticking to your intentions pays off! Setting goals is healthy & required xoxoHope this inspires you 💕 D ♡
