A very special congratulations to our amazing Bianca for hitting the 90s for the first time in a long time.

This year she took a different approach to her transformation, one which most people aren’t aware or brave enough to make.

This year was her busiest. Working Full Time. Uni/Assignments.

Then life’s happenings: moving house, turning 30, getting a puppy, travelling to and from the city each day, events for work/uni.

She trained at 5am most weeks on minimal sleep. She missed plenty of food diaries & sessions.


Being like her own trainer; she knew where she would have ended up with zero accountability.

When most people say “I’m just too busy & not ready to make change”..

She said “I know I’m going to be so busy & emotional that I NEED accountability or else I’ll go backwards”.

There’s more to transformations than just losing. More to training than numbers. More to nutrition than labelling.

Now that Uni is finished & she’s feeling better, she is finding weight is falling off now because the habit of training & what she’s done all year is so normal to her. A few small changes & starting fresh with recording some data has allowed her to start dropping again.
